Total compliance with federal child advocacy standards, misconduct prevention, mandatory reporting laws, and safe communication boundaries.

Illinois Youth Soccer Association (IYSA) 

Our player safety protocols, concussion safety awareness, coach vetting procedures are aligned with the state-sanctioned risk management policies of the IYSA.

Certified Coaching Base

Our coaches are USSF licensed and also carry complimentary certifications and licenses from respected International bodies including; the Professional Soccer Scouts Association (PSSA), the Irish Football Association (IFA), the English Football League (EFL), and more.

• All on-field staff maintain current First Aid / CPR / AED Certifications.
• Emergency Compliance: Our coaching network routinely participates in FEMA & American Red Cross First Aid community readiness events.
