If you want to secure your player’s roster spot today but need to stagger your immediate upfront startup costs, choose one of our deferred options at checkout:
Deferred Option A (Standard Registration): $150 due today. This fully covers your core $100 Club Registration fee plus your immediate $50 Uniform Kit Fee.
Deferred Option B (Kit Balance Plan): $100 due today. Pay only the $100 Club Registration fee right now. Your mandatory $50 Uniform Kit Fee is carried over as a temporary balance.
Deferred registration timelines and custom payment schedules are allocated strictly in accordance with your official scholarship agreement

Waiver Requirements: To step onto any training grid or matchday pitch, a player must have a completed registration form and signed safety liability waivers on file through our digital TeamLinkt portal.
Roster & Team Formation: All Fall competitive tracks utilize our independent IYSA Tournament Team Classification. Roster positions and official custom player jerseys are allocated through our online checkout. Individual gender team assignments (Boys and Girls rosters) are finalized by our staff during active open evaluation weeks.
Refund Policy: To maintain club operational stability, equipment ordering timelines, and coaching staff commitments, all seasonal tuition fees, player carding deposits, and registration payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.
Weather & Field Pivots: Soccer is an outdoor sport played in varying elements. In the event of municipal park closures, extreme weather conditions, or local field adjustments, the club reserves the right to shift training locations within our Northside footprint or transition sessions into indoor training environments.
